About Excell Property Maintenance

Excell Group is a Melbourne holding company over two businesses — Excell Renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, full-house projects) and Excell Property Maintenance (the trade work that keeps a property tenanted, compliant, and presentable).

Excell Property Maintenance exists to give Melbourne real estate agencies, owners-corporation managers, and landlords with portfolios one front door for every property maintenance trade. Reactive repairs, scheduled maintenance, between-tenancy work, insurance-claim coordination — handled under one contact, on one schedule, with one invoice per job.

Tom

Tom is the customer-facing trade contact at Excell Maintenance. A qualified carpenter and cabinet maker with more than ten years running trade crews across Melbourne, Tom takes the call, attends the inspection, and scopes the work — then books the qualified, licensed trade and coordinates access and timing with everyone involved. The property manager passes over the job details once, and the back-and-forth with the tenant or owner and the trade is handled from there.

The team behind Tom

Tom is the front. The trades are coordinated by specialty — carpenters and handypeople for general repairs, licensed plumbers and roof plumbers for water and roofing, licensed electricians for regulated electrical work, plus tilers, painters, locksmiths, and glaziers brought in by trade. The property manager or owners-corporation manager doesn’t manage twelve contractor relationships; Excell does. One call, one schedule, one invoice — and the licensing, certification, and warranty paperwork lands in the same place.

Why Excell exists

Most property maintenance is fragmented. An agency calls one trade, that trade no-shows, the agency calls another, paperwork gets lost, and the tenant is still waiting. Excell consolidates the workflow so the agency makes one call and gets one outcome — with the licensing, documentation, and trade coordination handled in the background.
